5-8 September 2023
Universidade de Évora

Scientific Program

The conference will be organized into 16 plenary lectures (45 min. each), delivered by a series of internationally recognized speakers from academia and industry, 19 short talks (15 min., selected from the submitted abstracts by the scientific committee), 54 flash talks (8 mins, each selected from the submitted abstracts by the scientific committee) and three poster sessions. There will be prizes for the best communications, that will be awarded during the gala dinner on the 7th of September.

The scientific committee will select the best posters and a prize will be awarded to the first author.

Presenters will be expected to place their poster in their attributed space by lunch-time on the 5th of September and remove them by the coffee break on the last day (8th of September).

Those who will be presenting oral communications should send their power-point presentations to the organizing committee via email a week or more before the start of the conference.

Those who arrive on the 4th of September can register in the evening of the 4th of September from around 4 pm onwards (till about 7 pm). The venue will be clearly sign-posted.
